Your Initial Consultation is all about getting to know you and your families needs for In-Home Childcare and Education, so be sure to write down and ask any questions you may have.

Programming and Learning Stories New Schedule Reminders

Our enrolled families will be emailed a weekly Program and bi-monthly Learning Stories in doc and PDF formats. Expect lots of pictures of your children and their learning journeys to exemplify the progress they make and to prepare for what's ahead. 

We do also provide adhoc copies of these photos as part of the progress report. Your privacy is our priority so we do block out children's faces for reporting purposes. Just let us know if you'd like uncensored copies provided to you.

Sickness Policy

As it's flu season and like many I have had to take time off for sickness, it's the perfect time to review our Illness Policy. 

Another priority of mine is the health and wellbeing of the families I work for. Children become sick at unpredictable and inconvenient times. Many illnesses are highly contagious and working with children it is essential that I am strictly adhering to hygiene standards at all times, especially for immuno-compromised people I work with. 

With this in mind, I will provide minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation of a visit. For milder illness, I offer to wear a mask and ask families if they are comfortable with this approach. I am always happy to reschedule or cancel and families are charged according to the Fee Schedule. 

I ask that all families take a conservative approach and cancel/reschedule with as much notice as possible. Let's all work together to stay healthy in education and childcare!

Communications Policy

I always endeavor to respond to messages or calls as soon as possible. Please understand that I am nont always immediately available and will aim to respond by 8pm same day or before 9am the next business day. 

I take communication very seriously and will respond as soon as it is safe to. We thank you graciously for working with us on this to maintain fluid and open communication.

Events - Happy Weekend

This weekend my Family and I are going to the Convention Centre in Southbank to Check Out Kai Con Pop Up Artist Alley Brisbane held at the Brisbane Convention Centre & Exhibition Centre. The Last Day is Tomorrow! Sunday June 16 024 if your Children are into Manga and Cartoons or Budding Artists and Illustrators this Event may be worth the Trip - Tickets are $20 via Event Brite
