1. Introduction

Welcome to Labelleworld_Kids Pilot Toy and Book Library Subscription service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our subscription-based library service for Toys and Books. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Subscription

2.1. Our subscription service allows members to borrow Toys and Books for a specified period.

2.2. Subscription fees are Charged on a [WEEKLY/MONTHLY/QUARTERLY/ANNUAL] Basis for [$10, $20, $30, $50]

If you would like to continue borrowing from our Pilot Toy, Book and Games Library at the End of your Free Two Week Trial please email to arrange an Official Subscription. The Subscription Invoice will be due with your Next Weekly Booking and will begin upon Payment Receipt.

2.3. Subscriptions are automatically cancelled at the End of the Free Two Week Trial unless your preferred payment details are provided at least [3] days before the renewal date to Officially subscribe.

2.4 Please return the Borrowed Book, Toy or Games by the End of your Free 2 Week Trial for example if you Borrowed the Book, Toy or Game for Two Weeks we will ask you to Return the Toy, Book or Game by: Post or Arrange for collection on our Next Booking Date the Following week. We ask that you help ensure the Toy, Book and Game Library stays stocked so our Children can enjoy the Items for longer.

3. Borrowing Rules

3.1. Members may borrow one item at a time.

3.2. The standard loan period is 7 Days

3.3. Items may be renewed Once if there are no holds on the item.

3.4. Late returns will incur a fee of $10 per week until the Borrowed Items are Returned

4. Care of Items

4.1. Members are responsible for returning items in the same condition they were borrowed.

4.2. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately.

4.3. Members will be charged for the replacement cost of lost or severely damaged items. Please bare in mind some Items are valued at US$500

5. Reservations

5.1. Members can place holds on items currently out on loan.

5.2. When a reserved item becomes available, the member will be notified and have 24 Hours to collect it.

6. Hygiene and Safety

6.1. All toys are sanitized between loans, but members are encouraged to clean items before use.

6.2. We cannot guarantee that items are free from allergens. Members borrow at their own risk.

7. Privacy

7.1. Member information will be kept confidential and used only for library services.

7.2. Borrowing history is kept private and will not be shared without the member's consent.

8. Termination of Membership

8.1. The library reserves the right to terminate memberships for repeated violation of these terms.

8.2. Members may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy. Please allow for at least 14 Business Days to Process Refunds.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

9.2. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
